This user agreement will continue to apply to your previous use of our services. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you must stop using the PayPal Services, close your account and terminate your relationship with us without cost or penalty. If you reside in Quebec and are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), your notice will set forth the change, the date of the coming into force of the change and your rights to refuse such change and to rescind the agreement without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity by sending us a notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the modification comes into force. If you accepted this user agreement prior to us posting notice of such changes on the Policy Updates page, we will also provide you with at least 30 days’ advance notice (and at least 90 days’ advance notice to our Business Account holders in the case of the introduction of a new fee or an increase of an existing fee related to credit or debit card transactions which applies them). If our changes reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities, we will post a notice on the Policy Updates page of our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it, unless otherwise noted. We may amend this agreement and any of the policies listed above from time to time.
